We are excited to announce the release of Version 4.3 of our Campaign Management Google Sheets template. This update introduces several enhancements across multiple pages to improve your campaign management experience. Below, you'll find detailed information on the key updates made to various sections.
Detailed Campaign Analysis Updates
New Summary Sections
We've added sections that allows you to review performance metrics over recent periods. (last 7, 30, 60, and 90 days) These summaries provide an at-a-glace view of overall campaign trends as well as detailed insights for specific campaigns.
Use the drop down function to cycle through your campaigns and see how things have been performing lately without needing to change overall time-frames.
This enhancement is designed to help you quickly identify patterns, track progress, and make informed decisions to optimize your campaigns.
Campaign Results Tab Updates
Weekly Phoning Results Summaries
In response to frequent client requests, we've added a new section to track key phoning metrics on a weekly basis such as; Number of calls made, hours spent, winners, losers, archived leads, etc.
Not only will these metrics will provide deeper insight into your campaign performance from an outreach perspective. They allow our team to more closely monitor your inflows and outflows of leads by tracking net gain/loss of leads.
Important Note: These sections are manually updated by our phoning team each week. Because of this, there may be occasional errors or rounding differences which will be corrected as they are found. Also due to the manual nature of these updates we will not as of right now be able to update all historical records of this data but will keep this information updated moving forward!
These updates are part of our commitment to providing you with the most effective tools for managing your campaigns. We appreciate your patience during this transition period and welcome any feedback you may have to further refine these features.

4.2 Update
Detailed Campaign Analysis Updates
The Detailed Campaign Analysis page has successfully moved out of the beta stage. This page has proven to be an invaluable tool in enhancing our ability to manage client campaigns more effectively and proactively, allowing us to address potential issues before they arise.
Visual Data Cleanup:
We have cleaned up the data to hide columns that are not commonly used, while still keeping them available for convenient use when necessary. This cleanup helps streamline the page for better usability and focus on key metrics.
Color Coding:
Minor color coding has been added in certain sections to highlight when metrics are above or below expectations. These visual indicators will only be visible when enough data is gathered, making it easier to monitor performance at a glance.
More Detailed Campaign Information:
New columns have been added to provide further details on each of your searches.
Duplicating this information will minimize the number of logins our team needs to make in order to manage your campaigns while also serving as a record incase your search information is lost in Sales Navigator.
These columns are hidden by default to not detract from the primary data shown.
Enhanced Filtering:
New filters have been added to row 3 (hidden by default) to allow for more flexibility with viewing data. This will allow us to sort based on certain metrics or hide inactive campaigns.
Meeting Log Updates
Highlighting Important Information:
Conditional formatting has been applied to highlight important information.
Any outstanding meetings that have not been fully reported will now be highlighted.
Once meetings have been reported and any follow up tasks have been satisfied they will automatically be "greyed or greened out" to highlight meetings with action items left.
A "Reviewed" check box column has been added for our team to finalize when all action items are satisfied with each meeting. This is meant to help us ensure nothing slips between the cracks and all opportunities are taken.
Streamlined Data Entry:
The structure of the Meeting Log page has been refined to facilitate easier and more efficient data entry.
Columns have been reorganized for better flow and usability.
Data Validation has been applied to the "Campaign Name" column for more efficient and reliable data input.
Data Consolidation:
Some columns have been consolidated to reduce redundancy and improve the clarity of the data presented. This helps in maintaining a clean and concise log of all meetings.
Prospect Spot Check (New!)
We are thrilled to introduce the "Prospect Spot Check" tab, a new addition to the Campaign Management Google Sheet. Here our team will set aside a select group of prospects for review with you to ensure they meet the ideal quality criteria. By proactively assessing prospect quality, we aim to catch and address any issues early in the campaign process. Regular intervals of review with advisors will help optimize each search for the best possible outcomes. This initiative underscores our commitment to providing high-quality prospects and enhancing the overall effectiveness of your campaigns.
Review Dial Uploads (New!)
We are excited to introduce the Review Dial Uploads tab as part of our new program for managing review and follow-up calls. This tab is designed for clients participating in the program to input data for any clients or prospects they want our team to add to our system. Each column is selected based on our most commonly used fields but can be customized to fit your specific needs. By default, this tab will remain hidden unless you are enrolled in this program.
